Prom transportation

Prom Limo in Quebec City

A prom limo in Quebec City is the arrival students have been picturing for months, and the safe ride home parents want. Transport Exécutif Prestige provides prom transportation with a professional chauffeur and pickup and return times set in advance.

This page is written for both graduates planning their night and parents who want to know who is driving, when, and where. We are a family business from the Québec City region, and our vehicles meet SAAQ and CTQ requirements.

  • Professional, sober and courteous chauffeur
  • Pickup and return times fixed when you book
  • Vehicles for 4 to 14 passengers so groups can split the cost
  • Photo stop before prom, if it is in the plan
  • Drop-off at each student's home available
  • One point of contact for organizing parents

Pick the vehicle that fits your group

Kia Carnival premium van (4 passengers)

For a small group of friends or a couple and their best friends. Upscale interior and easy access, even in a long gown.

Chevrolet Suburban or GMC Yukon XL (6 passengers)

The classic full-size SUV for a standout arrival. The Yukon XL adds a panoramic roof.

Ford Transit, 8 passengers

For a group of friends who want to arrive together. The more passengers, the lower the cost per person.

Ford Transit 15 (14 seats)

For a large group or two friend groups sharing the night. The most budget-friendly option per student.

How prom night transportation works

  • Pickup at one or several addresses at the agreed time.
  • Optional photo stop before prom, for example in a park or at a scenic Québec City lookout.
  • Arrival at the prom venue on schedule.
  • Return at the time set in advance, with drop-off at each student's home or at a meeting point chosen by the parents.

What parents should know

The vehicle is driven by a professional, sober, on-duty chauffeur, so no one has to get behind the wheel after the party. Departure and return times are set in the booking, along with the drop-off addresses. A parent can act as the group's contact and receive the confirmation.

The chauffeur follows the route agreed with the person who made the booking. Any significant change, such as an extra stop or a different return time, should be approved by that person. Go over the plan with the students before the night so everyone knows what to expect.

School and venue rules also apply in the vehicle. We work with families so the night stays fun and safe from start to finish.

Booking as a group, step by step

  • Form your group and confirm the exact number of passengers.
  • Choose one organizer, often a parent, to send the request and receive all communications.
  • Gather the prom date, venue address, pickup and drop-off addresses and preferred times.
  • Fill out the quote request and select "Wedding or prom".
  • Once you have the price, split it between families based on the number of riders.

Book as soon as the prom date is set

High school and CEGEP proms in the Québec City area tend to fall in the same few spring weeks. Larger vehicles go first, so book as soon as the date is announced, even if your passenger list is not final yet.

Our fleet is made up of chauffeur-driven luxury SUVs and premium vans, not stretch limousines: more comfort, and plenty of room for gowns and suits.

Frequently asked questions

How much is a prom limo in Quebec City?

It depends on the vehicle, the length of service and the addresses. We do not post rates online; request a quote and split the total between the riders in your group.

How many students fit in one vehicle?

From 3 passengers in the Lincoln Aviator up to 14 in the 15-passenger Ford Transit. The Kia Carnival seats 4, the Suburban and Yukon XL seat 6, and the 8-passenger Transit seats 8.

Can the chauffeur drop each student off at home?

Yes, as long as the addresses are listed in the booking. More stops mean more time on the way back, so plan for it.

Can we stop for photos before prom?

Yes. Include the location and how long you want to stay in your request so the schedule accounts for it.

Who should make the booking, the student or a parent?

We recommend that a parent or responsible adult sends the request and acts as the group's contact for the night.

When should we book prom transportation?

As soon as the prom date is known. Large vehicles are the most requested during prom season.

Can the return time be changed on the night?

Contact us if a change is needed; it must be approved by the person who made the booking and depends on availability. See our cancellation policy as well.
