Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Transport Exécutif Prestige, we understand that plans can change. This page clearly outlines our cancellation and refund policy and what you can expect should your reservation need to be modified.
Cancellation Policy
The following conditions apply depending on when the cancellation of your service occurs:

| 48 hours or more before the service | Full refund of the deposit |
| Between 48 and 24 hours before the service | The deposit is retained |
| Less than 24 hours before the service | The full amount of the invoice is due |
Our chauffeurs will wait at the pickup location for 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. After this grace period, the chauffeur may depart and the service will be charged in full. If you require additional waiting time, please notify the chauffeur or our dispatcher.
Refund Policy
If a refund is required, our team will contact you to determine the fastest and most convenient way to process it. Refunds are typically issued using the same payment method used at the time of booking.
Onboard Policy
For the safety and comfort of all our clients, smoking or vaping inside our vehicles is strictly prohibited, as well as the consumption of alcoholic beverages or cannabis. Failure to comply with this policy may result in cleaning fees or additional charges, and no refund will be issued.
