For a group event held at the Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu in Charlevoix, we set up a shuttle between Québec City airport (YQB) and the hotel. Attendees reserved their seat through an online form. Departures ran at fixed times over two arrival days and two return days, and each passenger then received their final schedule and assigned shuttle.

- For air travel: each person or sub-group's flight number and expected time.
- All addresses: hotels, venue, restaurants and activities.
- The event schedule, day by day, with start and end times.
- Luggage or equipment volume, such as booth material or instruments.
- The name of an on-site contact who can be reached during the event.

As soon as your dates are known. For large groups, the earlier we receive the schedule, the easier it is to reserve every vehicle you need.
